Eligibility Criteria

Graduation or Engineering in any discipline
Post-Graduate freshers can also apply
Candidates should have a minimum of 60% in 10th and Graduation
Age should be below 25 years as on the date of application
Maximum 2 years of total work experience
Graduates who completed their degree this year are eligible
Must be willing to relocate and work in Relationship & Sales roles
Banking experience is not mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills are required
Candidates should be comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities

Job Description

After successfully completing the Probationary Officer Program and the required assessments, candidates join ICICI Bank as Relationship Managers (Sales). The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their financial requirements and providing suitable banking products and solutions.

Relationship Managers are also responsible for acquiring new customers, developing customer portfolios, supporting business growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers and understand their banking requirements
Acquire new customers and develop business opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Promote relevant banking products and services
Develop and manage customer portfolios
Contribute towards business growth and sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
Provide appropriate support and service to customers
Travel within and around the assigned location when required

Selection Process

The selection process consists of 2 main selection rounds before candidates enter the Probationary Officer Program.

Round 1 – Online Aptitude Test

Duration: 80 Minutes
Sections: Verbal Ability
Quantitative Ability
Logical Ability
General Awareness
Negative Marking: No negative marking
Laptop/PC with a functioning camera is recommended

Round 2 – Face-to-Face Personal Interview

Candidates who clear the aptitude test are invited for an in-person interview
The interview process is conducted as a day-long process
Candidates should follow a business formal dress code
Selected candidates are notified through email and the iUniverse app

Important Selection & Employment Note

Selection into the Probationary Officer Program does not automatically guarantee employment. Candidates must successfully complete the complete 2-month training program, including the required assessments, to receive the final employment offer.

After successfully completing the program and meeting the required criteria, candidates join ICICI Bank as Relationship Managers (Sales).
