Job Description
TraceLink is looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to contribute to the development of AI-powered systems and intelligent agent workflows. The role involves working with Generative AI, LLMs, retrieval systems, multi-agent architectures, and backend technologies.
The selected candidate will work on building, testing, evaluating, and optimizing AI systems that can use tools, retrieve information, orchestrate tasks, and support complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered applications using Python and/or Java.
- Build and improve Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows.
- Work with tool calling and task orchestration.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Implement embedding-based and hybrid search systems.
- Work on reranking and retrieval evaluation.
- Develop AI testing and validation processes.
- Perform regression testing for AI-powered applications.
