Job Description

Emerson is looking for a Software Test Engineer to support software quality assurance and testing activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and executing software tests across different stages of the development lifecycle.

The role involves both manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, smoke, and API testing. Candidates will work with automation tools such as Selenium and Katalon and API testing tools such as Postman.

The Software Test Engineer will also contribute to defect identification and management, test planning, test case development, test execution, and quality improvement activities while collaborating with global and cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of software applications.
Develop and execute automated software tests.
Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
Execute functional testing activities.
