As an Intern – Learning & Development / People Success, you will have the opportunity to support people-focused programs and initiatives related to employee development, employee experience, and People Practices.
The role can provide practical exposure to program coordination, research, stakeholder communication, data and feedback analysis, content creation, reporting, scheduling, and event-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Learning & Development and People Success initiatives.
- Assist with planning and coordination of people-focused programs.
- Conduct research related to employee experience, learning, and people practices.
- Support scheduling and coordination of programs, meetings, and events.
- Communicate with stakeholders and support program-related coordination.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and maintaining program information.
