Job Description

L&T is looking for a GenAI Trainee to support Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI initiatives. The role provides an opportunity to work with modern AI technologies and contribute to the development of innovative AI-based solutions.

The selected candidate will work with technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Computer Vision, OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, YOLO, and Python. The role may also involve developing PoCs, preparing data pipelines, integrating APIs, and supporting AI model deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.
Work on Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
Assist with prompt engineering and RAG-based solutions.
Support AI proof-of-concept development.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
Perform data analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
Develop and maintain AI-related data pipelines.
Work on Computer Vision applications.
Implement computer vision techniques including object detection, classification, segmentation, and tracking.
Work with OCR-based solutions where required.
Use OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and YOLO for AI and computer vision development.
Support AI model development, testing, and validation.
Assist with model deployment and optimization.
Work with APIs and microservices for AI applications.
Support cloud-based AI solutions.
