  • Review corporate structures including private companies, public companies, trusts, and partnerships.
  • Verify customer documents and compliance requirements.
  • Handle assigned KYC cases within defined timelines.
  • Follow up on pending queries and customer referrals.
  • Escalate complex cases to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) whenever required.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Collect, validate, and update customer information across multiple systems.
