Job Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Qualification: MBA / BE / BTech

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA or Engineering Graduate (BE/BTech).
  • Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or related disciplines preferred.
  • 2025 and later pass-out candidates are eligible.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer issues and queries.
  • Support Zycus procurement applications and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Management teams.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, configuration, and incident management.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support.
  • Analyze requirements and recommend solutions or workarounds.

Interns will gain exposure to enterprise SaaS environments and global customer interactions. 3
