Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of SOC experience can apply.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Security Monitoring & Alert Handling

Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM platforms.
Analyze alerts from Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, CrowdStrike XDR, and Entra ID.
Perform initial alert triage and validation.
Classify incidents based on severity and impact.

Incident Management

Follow predefined incident response procedures.
Create and update tickets in ServiceNow, Jira, and related platforms.
Escalate security incidents to L2 and L3 teams.
Ensure SLA compliance and incident tracking.

Log Analysis & Investigation

Analyze logs from endpoint, network, and security tools.
Correlate events using SIEM dashboards.
Investigate suspicious login attempts and malware alerts.
Support security investigations and threat analysis.

Threat Detection

Monitor phishing attempts and malware activity.
Detect suspicious user behavior and policy violations.
Assist in identifying AI-related threats and unauthorized applications.
Support Shadow IT detection activities.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of SIEM Tools.
Microsoft Sentinel knowledge preferred.
Endpoint Security Tools:
- Microsoft Defender
- CrowdStrike
Networking Fundamentals:
- TCP/IP
- DNS
- HTTP
Security Monitoring Concepts.
Incident Response Fundamentals.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
