Eligible Degrees:

BCA
B.Sc (Computer Science)
B.Com (Computer Science)

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support to B2B customers.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and service-related issues.
Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft O365, VMware, and networking environments.
Resolve VPN connectivity, Outlook, Exchange, Teams, Webex, Slack, and collaboration tool issues.
Handle password resets and incident management.
Log and track tickets using IT service management tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams.
Ensure SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and customer support abilities.
Knowledge of:
- Windows OS
- macOS
- Microsoft Office 365
- VMware
- Networking Fundamentals
- Internet Security
- Collaboration Tools (Teams, Webex, Slack)
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

Cisco Networking knowledge.
Cisco Certification (Preferred).
Experience with Cisco Nexus and Cisco IOS.
Knowledge of F5 ASM and LTM troubleshooting.
Network automation or scripting knowledge.
