Probation Period: 3 Months

Stipend During Probation: ₹18,000 Per Month

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Sc

  • B.Com

  • B.A

  • BCA

  • BBA

Note: BE, B.Tech, MCA, and MBA candidates are not eligible for this role.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows Operating System.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals.

  • Good customer service orientation.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware and software issues.

  • Resolve password reset and account unlock requests.

  • Support VPN, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook-related issues.

  • Track, log, and manage incidents and service requests.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and remote diagnostics.

  • Coordinate with field support teams for hardware issues.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 support.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

Bond Details

Bond Duration: 2 Years

Bond Amount: ₹2 Lakhs (Applicable if the bond terms are violated)
