Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Application & Reconciliation
- Apply customer payments accurately and timely.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash items.
- Perform customer account reconciliations.
Discrepancy Resolution
- Identify short payments, overpayments, and deductions.
- Coordinate with Billing, Collections, and Treasury teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of payment-related issues.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support month-end financial closing activities.
- Provide analysis on payment trends and reconciliation status.
Process Improvement
- Document standard operating procedures.
- Participate in automation and process enhancement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance & Controls
- Follow company policies and internal controls.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer data.
- Support audit requirements when needed.
Required Skills
- Basic Accounting and Finance knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
